Economic Development

While serving on County Council, Roger and the Economic Development Team helped to create nearly 15,000 jobs in Spartanburg County with a total investment into our community of more than $6.5 Billion dollars. 

With lower taxes and Free Market principles as his guide, Roger will fight for Spartanburg County to ensure the economic growth will continue so our citizens continue to have access to high paying, life sustaining employment.
